Summer knits from Jarbo

Once again, Jarbo delivers some incredible tees...this time for Spring/Summer. They always keep the palette neutral, so we have white, slate and black. (Their slate color is really more like a pale brown/grey shade). So if you're tired of the same old classic tee, wear one of these to add a little "style" to those jeans! Slvls drape front tee with sculpted back detail. We also have the long rib tank that can be worn underneath for more coverage. It looks cool layered down the "shorter" back of the tee.

Back view of slvls drape tee in black. Much shorter than the front of the top, so you get a very asymetrical feel to the tee. Can you say... "Antwerp"? ;-)

New Crispin & Basilio

I don't usually post pics of "young Hollywood" here, but it's a good shot of Crispin & Basilio's black dress that I just got in the store today. Yikes! It's really beautiful; sheer inset, satin trim, and a soft rayon jersey "body".

Below it is a pic of the "jade" color top from the same group that we also got in. Yes, I strayed from my usual neutral palette and actually bought a COLOR. No one was more surprised than me ;-)

Clever Castle Jewelry

Finally....a jewelry line that doesn't look like EVERYTHING else on the street!

Local jewelry designer Emily Baker uses a variety of found objects including auto parts and rings for her Clever Castle jewelry line. ($25-$65). (Don't worry, she cleans the grease off first!) These pieces are cool, urban and very modern. I'm taking more pictures and will post them shortly. You really need to see this stuff! :-)
