Once again, Jarbo delivers some incredible tees...this time for Spring/Summer. They always keep the palette neutral, so we have white, slate and black. (Their slate color is really more like a pale brown/grey shade). So if you're tired of the same old classic tee, wear one of these to add a little "style" to those jeans! ($78-$85) (The Dolman tee is $145)
Drape front muscle tee in white. Also available in black.

New Crispin & Basilio
I don't usually post pics of "young Hollywood" here, but it's a good shot of Crispin & Basilio's black dress that I just got in the store today. Yikes! It's really beautiful; sheer inset, satin trim, and a soft rayon jersey "body".
Below it is a pic of the "jade" color top from the same group that we also got in. Yes, I strayed from my usual neutral palette and actually bought a COLOR. No one was more surprised than me ;-)

Clever Castle Jewelry
Finally....a jewelry line that doesn't look like EVERYTHING else on the street!
Local jewelry designer Emily Baker uses a variety of found objects including auto parts and rings for her Clever Castle jewelry line. ($25-$65). (Don't worry, she cleans the grease off first!) These pieces are cool, urban and very modern. I'm taking more pictures and will post them shortly. You really need to see this stuff! :-)

Introducing ZIJI.....
"Nansi Aluka & Katerina Gabbro's philosophy behind their creative process is defined by the essence of the Tibetan word ZIJI, which means "confidence, shining out with dignity". The duo's creations are inspired by the sophisticated urban woman who's confidence is reflected in a style defined by her searach for beauty, not trend. She is both classy and edgy and always effortlessly elegant. The ZIJI look is characterized by a minimalist and deconstructed approach to classic tailoring; luxurious fabrics are used with casual elegance and feminine silhouettes are carefully balanced with masculine details."

Adina Reyter jewelry has arrived!
The pictures below are a sampling of what merge has in stock at this time. For me, this is what classic modern timeless jewelry is all about. $55-$165 in Sterling Silver
"A great pair of hoops, a classic set of bangles, a fabulous necklace that you never want to take off — Adina Reyter creates those forever pieces that push the boundaries of design, but remain contemporary and sophisticated. Her work is classically American, and effortlessly chic.
With the success of the fashion-forward and timeless Signature Collection, Adina realized that there was a lack of clean, simple, sophisticated jewelry that still has style and design, and that is easy to wear. Therefore, in 2001 she launched Adina Design, Inc. All of her collections embody her straightforward and elegant design philosophy.
Adina is inspired by both geometric shape and by world culture. She studies the essential design elements from Grecian, Middle Eastern, Indian, and other ethnic styles and fuses them with her architectural West Coast sensibility to create an effortless, contemporary look.
Adina’s pieces are meant to be collected. Her minimalist approach to design is what makes her pieces lasting. Whatever the occasion, from day to night, Adina’s pieces are the perfect accessory — they are understated and complement any personal style. Each of her pieces can be worn separately or can be layered for a totally different and dramatic look.
Sold at better boutiques across the country and internationally, Adina has a huge celebrity following including Jennifer Aniston, Teri Hatcher, Eva Longoria, Cameron Diaz, Demi Moore, and Debra Messing. Her work can be also be seen on the stars of hit television shows such as CSI, Las Vegas, Desperate Housewives, and Medium, among others. She is constantly approached by stylists who use her pieces in films and televisions shows because, as they say, “you notice the person and not the jewelry.”

NWSource.com People's Picks is here!
New summer arrivals from Mint
The Mint collections offer women fresh, feminine, modern clothing without being overtly girlie or silly. The garments are constructed with natural european fabrics, and utilize finishing techniques found in vintage couture garments. All the custom prints are designed "in house" so you won't find them mysteriously popping up in other designer collections.
